Nichole has probably helped me more than any previous therapist. Her warmth and kindness makes for a comfortable sharing environment and one in which trust is readily formed. She has honed her therapeutic skills, through her training at UM (the number one rated school of social work) and through years of work. Nichole has helped me move forward from past trauma and cope better with day to day stressors. She is happy to share her tools, whether these are strategies, book recommendations, or other holistic healing modalities. Her comfort with alternative spirituality/metaphysics allowed me a safe space to share my own beliefs. I also appreciate that, unlike other therapists I have met, she is not focused on retaining clients to the extent that she hampers the healing process. Rather, she is committed to supporting clients as they journey to wellness, even though that means they will end their therapy with her at some point. She certainly has my full endorsement.
Nichole is simply amazing. She is outstandingly invested in helping people live their best lives and become their best selves. She provided me with endless educative facts, resources to complement our sessions, new tools to apply on my day-to-day, and she made me feel strong and supported in difficult situations and life-changing decisions. I feel very grateful that I got to meet her and form such an honest and deep connection with myself through my sessions with her.
I worked with Nichole during one of most difficult periods in my life, and her help and counseling provided me with immense clarity and help. With Nichole, I was able to escape the denial phase I was in, came to terms with my emotions, and worked through it. Nichole encouraged me to develop a healthier lifestyle (mentally and physically) and to be more introspective. Some of the things we discussed—such as how I deal with anxiety—also proved to be valuable for other aspects of my life.
I’d say that in therapy sessions with Nichole I learned very useful tools to help me navigate different types of relationships. I still use the mantra ‘people are doing the best they can with what they have’ on a daily basis to help keep me grounded in any situation.
